CE-certification

All It's HOT products are CE-certified.
Attached to the heater product, or added to the documents inclosed in the box of your purchased heater product.

Warranty

All It's HOT have a Manufacturers warranty.
Warranty starts from the date of purchase.
To claim your warranty you need the original invoice or receipt.
Warranty only applies if the product has been used properly, according to it’s intended use and according to the information in it’s manual.
Warranty only applies on manufacturing defects.
If It’s HOT can not solve the products defect, the Manufacturer will assist on It’s HOT's request.
It's HOT and Manufacturer hold the right to choose to repair, credit or replace with a new product, in their own time.

There can be no claim on the time frame of this proces.

Excluded from warranty:

Transport costs.
Transport duration.
Damage of the product during transport.
Changes in color.
If products appear to be different from the pictures on the It's HOT website and/or other promo-products, despite they are the same products by article name/number.
All accessories: covers, wind breakers, glass, lava stones
Defects caused by improper use or improper treatment of the product.
